We currently have an opportunity for a Treasury Management Operations Supervisor position out of our Midvale, UT location. The position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting. 

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to: 

  • Ensure service level objectives for the timeliness, quality and responsiveness for the group are met.
  • Develop, review and recommend overall operational systems and procedures relating to the treasury management function.
  • Be responsible for the operational integrity and adherence to operational procedures related to the implementation of all Treasury Management products for the department.
  • Handle employee relation issues including verbal warnings and standard written warnings. 
  • Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient.
  • Plan and schedule activities within the treasury management operations area and coordinates these activities with other functional areas.
  • Control and monitor the progress of all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and all banking regulations including, but not limited to BSA, USA Patriot/CIP requirements, AML and other regulations.
  • Ensure that staff is adequately trained.
  • Prepare employee performance evaluations.
  • Possibly prepare area budget and monthly financial reports.
  • Be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field and 2+ years experience in bank operations, treasury management operations, processes, procedures or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Working knowledge of general banking operations, treasury management products, services, process, procedures and systems.
  • Capability to do the work of the group.
  • Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, project management, client relationship and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analysis, problem solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid management/supervisory skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff. Solid PC skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
