Qualifications
Candidates should have a high aptitude for critical thinking and analyzing processes and their associated risks and controls.
Required:
- Strong background in critical thinking, reporting, risk management, and/or financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Math, Economics, Information Systems, or other related subject
Desired:
- Knowledge of SharePoint and InfoPath forms
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a variety of competing tasks
- Project planning and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and examination skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals in various leadership positions
- Ability to work on a team, learn quickly, and to demonstrate flexibility as requirements and/or processes change
- Ability to learn, and effectively train and support others on department processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
