Qualifications


Candidates should have a high aptitude for critical thinking and analyzing processes and their associated risks and controls.


Required:

  • Strong background in critical thinking, reporting, risk management, and/or financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Math, Economics, Information Systems, or other related subject


Desired:

  • Knowledge of SharePoint and InfoPath forms
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a variety of competing tasks
  • Project planning and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and examination skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals in various leadership positions
  • Ability to work on a team, learn quickly, and to demonstrate flexibility as requirements and/or processes change
  • Ability to learn, and effectively train and support others on department processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
