We are currently seeking a Wealth Management Intern to join our team.
The intern will work alongside the Central Advisor Solutions Wealth Select team and assist in performing a wide range of reporting, research, and education duties for both existing and prospective clients and be involved and exposed to the following:
- Communicates both verbally and written with management, departmental employees and internal business partners.
- Works independently in a team environment to complete needed tasks/jobs.
- Regularly attend sales meetings
- Help to develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to support business goals in the department
- Help establish a sales delivery strategy and messaging plan around this strategy
- Analyze relationship review processes, client facing materials, lead lists and campaign delivery strategies and reporting to provide recommendations for future success
- Gather and use feedback from the sales field to suggest the refinement of sales and marketing tactics as well as future enhancements to help drive future growth
- Identify competitor and business trends in footprint. Additionally, gather trends within certain business/client verticals and industries that can help promote and drive additional sales opportunities
The intern will also be instrumental in the on-going relationship building with clients, client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- We are seeking confident, professional, outgoing and a career motivated self-starter to join our team as an intern. You must be passionate about growing, learning and working with many different people and many different business segments within our organization.
- Candidate will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Knowledge of and / or experience with the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, Life and Health Insurance exam, or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) studies would be preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and has experience in data analysis
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce helpful
- Ability to learn on the fly, think independently, and manage ambiguous projects and tasks
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or with team members
- Ability to manage projects across businesses, functions, and geographic locations
- Highly detail oriented, forward-thinking and proactive
- Outstanding organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills
