We are looking for an energetic and seasoned Branch Manager to lead our team and enhance the success of our retail banking operations at our Willow Bend Banking Center in Plano, TX. This role involves managing all facets of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and team leadership, while possessing a deep knowledge of banking products and business development.

Essential Functions:
- Manage the overall performance and operations of the banking center. This includes loans, deposits, other referral products, and service quality while managing a complex of exempt and non-exempt personnel.
- Act as primary business development officer, being responsible for the expansion of existing business relationships, the development of new business and calling on both prospective and existing clients.
- Primarily provide sales leadership for the banking center, which includes overseeing both the inside and outside sales efforts of employees.
- Direct banking center activities, maintaining appropriate operational, and credit risk management and security oversight in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Extend credit to business and/or individuals through a wide variety of commercial, consumer, real estate, and agricultural loans.
- Oversee community development and relations.
- Process cash transactions and perform other customer service and sales duties within the banking center as needed and use discretion to determine when to perform these additional functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in retail banking and operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Network presence in surrounding areas preferred.
- Business banking or lending experience is a plus.
- Ability to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service in a retail banking environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers at all levels.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a focus on integrity, ethics, and compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software/systems.
Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
This is a full-time position: 40.00 hours per week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above, to include the ability to work Saturdays, when required.
