Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Solutions Designer to join Zions Bancorporation. The Solutions Designer plays a key role in building our Citizen Developer Program. This role will involve training, supporting, and developing projects on UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps. This person will have a significant impact on the success of our Citizen Developer course and the overall productivity of our team. 

 

The Solutions Designer will:  

  • Develop and deliver training programs for Citizen Developers to ensure they are proficient in UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps.   
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to Citizen Developers, helping them to follow best practices and achieve their project goals. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. 
  • Design and implement solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps to meet business needs. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automation technologies and best practices. 
  • Assist in the development of documentation and training materials. 
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of solutions. 

  

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solution design, preferably with a focus on automation technologies. 
  • Proficiency in UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps. 
  • 2+ years experience with Azure DevOps preferred. 
  • Previous Solution Engineer/Architect or Solution Design experience preferred. 
  • Conceptual understanding of data governance capabilities (e.g. data catalog, classification, profiling, data sharing) 
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.  
  • Experience with documenting procedures. 
  • Strong understanding of best practices in solution design and development. 
  • Excellent communication and training skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location

This position has a hybrid work-from-home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
