Our Treasury Management Operations Analyst in Portland will work in partnership with our Treasury Management Sales Consultant, Relationship Managers, and Client Service to provide exceptional banking service.  This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule working both in the office and from home.




  • Provide technical support, implementation and training to corporate customers who use Treasury Management products designed to meet individual business needs pertaining to collections, disbursements, investments, risk management and reporting
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal resources to develop solutions to complex technical requirements or issues
  • Responsible to advise and confer with clients as the expert on systems and installation issues by going on sales calls with Treasury Management Sales Consultant, and Relationship Officers
  • Responsible for installing products via phone, remote web session or directly at client locations
  • Assist technology and operations staff with user acceptance testing of product enhancements and updates
  • Analyze client needs and interests in order to direct the enhancement and improvement of bank products
  • Develop technical solutions to allow clients to interface with bank products
  • Prepare ACH Due Diligence documents for Credit Underwriting of ACH Services
  • Prepare Treasury Management Documentation and Agreements for all new an existing Treasury Management Services
  • Other duties as assigned 




  • Requires an Associates degree in business, technology or related field and some technical experience with treasury management system support other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and web browsers as well as networking, internet protocol, firewalls, and computer hardware
  • Must have knowledge of Treasury Management Products (such as ACH, Internet Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, etc)
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and solid presentation skills for a wide variety of audiences
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems via phone or remote session
  • Must have ability to interpret and understand customer data files in order to integrate with bank systems
  • Some Project Management experience is a desirable but not required.

Hours:  Position is a full-time (40 hours) 8-5 PM, Monday through Friday excluding Banking Holidays.
