About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, owning full-cycle recruiting while helping elevate hiring practices, candidate experience, and talent strategy.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a consultative mindset, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality hires across a variety of roles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Proactively source and build diverse talent pipelines using creative and data-driven approaches
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Drive calibration discussions, influence hiring decisions, and ensure high hiring standards
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes (time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel conversion, etc.)
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence
- Champion and implement best practices in interviewing, diversity hiring, and employer branding
- Support and/or lead recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and recruiting projects
- Mentor junior recruiters or coordinators as needed
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or combination)
- Proven success hiring for mid- to senior-level roles, ideally across multiple functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Demonstrated strength in sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
