- 3-5 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions using Salesforce in a large corporate environment. Knowledge of Salesforce products (Financial Services Cloud and Communities Cloud) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management processes, agile methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Scrum, Kanban) and tools, resource and change management practices, techniques or other directly related experience.
Scrum Master Certification, Advanced Scrum Master Certification or Leadership Certification or demonstrated equivalent experience and skill.
SAFe Certifications a plus, and particularly Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Program Management Professional Certification or demonstrated equivalent experience and skill.
Experience in the financial services industry; Consumer and/or Commercial Banking strongly desired.
Experience in program management of digital banking product initiatives strongly desired.
Experience with digital marketing, customer engagement technologies or customer relationship management solutions.
Requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
