  • Facilitate regular business reviews with Capital Markets leadership, providing recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure consistency across critical planning and reporting processes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts while promoting best practices in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Support ad hoc strategic, financial, and operational analyses as requested by executive management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or another business-related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, analytics, or forecasting or other directly related experience.
  • Experience supporting Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Commercial Banking required.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong partnerships across Finance and business teams.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis capabilities.
