We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will help build a scalable, high-quality Salesforce environment supporting core banking and client experiences across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio. You will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and senior engineering partners while growing your technical depth and impact.
The Salesforce Developer will:
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder
- Contribute to Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud implementations supporting banking workflows
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Architects to refine requirements and solution designs
- Participate in peer code reviews and uphold engineering and security best practices
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release validation using Copado and Azure DevOps
- Write and maintain high-quality automated tests to support predictable delivery
- Troubleshoot defects, analyze root causes, and contribute to platform stability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (academic or professional)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and SOQL/SOSL
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Copado preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures is a plus
- Exposure to Experience Cloud development is a plus
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and Jest testing is a plus
- Understanding of secure development practices and Salesforce platform limits is a plus
- Experience with Kafka, ACE, or Apigee for integrations is a plus

This position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). Location:
This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
