Education/Experience, Skill and Abilities
We want a highly-motivated individual and a self-starter who has:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related fields with relevant experience in product management, product analysis, merchant services management, or other directly related experience. (6+ years’ experience preferred)
Extensive knowledge/experience of bank services/products preferred
Payments expertise preferred, including an in-depth understanding of the payments process and payments landscape
Must have strong problem solving and project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization
Strong relationship builder with outstanding written & verbal communication skills
Must be able to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects and adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups
Ability to be self-motivated, work independently, take initiative, demonstrate creativity and work in a deadline-oriented environment
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Well versed in MS Office suite
- Agile experience preferred
