We are seeking an experienced Product Manager of Digital Experience to join the ZiFi team. This Product Manager will have expertise building customer-facing interfaces for mobile and web applications, is passionate about the product operating model and user-centered design, and has been instrumental in go-to-market activities and commercializing technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer-facing and internally facing products for a small business digital bank leveraging common front-end technologies such as Angular and React and Salesforce
- Manage and own product lifecycle from ideation, design, build, unit economics, launch and customer feedback
- Data-driven decision making supporting business, product, and design leadership for digital products and experiences (desktop and mobile) representing the full lifecycle of a small business customer journey
- Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and ability to drive market and competitive analysis in defining and owning product roadmap for customer facing front-ends
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the product operating model; partner with other business units to ensure alignment on product plans and delivery
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of digital product management or ownership experience, ideally leading product for a customer-facing application at a fintech, bank, or other high-performing tech company
- Experience launching and managing mobile and web applications with sufficient understanding of common technology stacks such as Angular, React, Kotlin and React Native. Salesforce experience a major plus
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
- Experience leading a team to rollout product updates, conduct customer testing, gathering and acting on customer feedback
- Strong knowledge of the product operating model; ability to define and communicate a vision and successfully engage diverse stakeholders on the journey to achieve the vision
- Willingness and ability to manage the details, such as project management, feature and user story creation, requirements gathering, and documentation creation
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
Location:
This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Zions Bank Building in Salt Lake City, UT.
