We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Bancorp) that will lead, develop and manage internal communication campaigns that capture Zions Bancorporation’s history, culture, and strategic priorities, ensuring a unified, inspiring narrative for employees across affiliates.

Essential Functions

• Partner with various stakeholders like Investor Relations and HR/Recruiting teams to craft messaging, marketing collateral, and communications that showcase Zions Bancorporation’s value.
• Oversee content creation for newsletters, intranet portals, and other internal channels, coordinating with Leadership, PR, and marketing teams to uphold brand standards.
• Generating ideas and content for sales collateral, advertising, external websites, and printed signage for events.
• Coordinating and enforcing branding guidelines and standards across departments and business lines.
• Ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Contribute to additional marketing tasks or strategic projects based on organizational needs.
• Mentor and train new staff and champion educational opportunities.

Qualifications:

A master’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar field with a focus on banking and/or retail bank products, or a related role. 

• Skilled at weaving organizational history, mission, and values into communications that resonate with diverse employee groups, potential hires, and investors.
• Adept at building relationships across departments, from HR/Recruiting to Investor Relations, ensuring integrated messaging and smooth project execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
• Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data findings effectively.

Salary Range: $114,000 - $167,200  (depending on experience and other job related factors)

This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
