We are looking for a Marketing Brand Copywriter and Strategist to assist in crafting clear, compelling marketing copy for various financial products and services across digital and print channels.
Essential Functions:

Write persuasive call-to-action copy that drives conversions while maintaining trust and credibility

Translate complex financial concepts and jargon into accessible language for different customer segments

Develop SEO-optimized web content to improve organic search visibility for financial offerings

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to align content with overall marketing strategies.

Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms and materials.

Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, advertisements, emails, social media, and other marketing materials.

Ensure all content is free from errors, consistent in tone, and adheres to brand guidelines.

Support content calendar execution through timely delivery of assigned copywriting projects.

Adapt existing brand messaging frameworks to various content formats and audience segments.

Audience research and persona development

Content performance analysis and insights reporting

Campaign concept brainstorming and ideation

Basic A/B testing of messaging approaches

Efficiently use AI writing tools to generate first drafts while maintaining brand voice consistency.

Craft effective AI prompts that produce usable content starting points.

Use AI tools to check content for compliance with financial regulations and brand guidelines.

Leverage AI content optimization tools to improve SEO performance and readability.

Understand when to use AI assistance versus when to rely on original writing for sensitive financial topics.

Collaborate with senior writers on developing AI templates for routine content creation.

Apply AI-assisted research to stay current on financial industry trends and terminology.
Qualifications:
-
A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on copywriting is required.

Strong writing and editing abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy-

Basic understanding of UX writing principles and best practices

Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements for marketing communications

Understanding of financial products, services, and terminology to write authoritatively

Basic SEO writing to create content that ranks well while remaining accessible and valuable.

Experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools

Ability to receive feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently

Portfolio demonstrating clear, engaging writing across multiple formats
Salary Range: $57,000-$84,000 (depending on experience and other job related factors)
This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
