We are accepting applications for our Loan Syndication Group - Agency Services Manager to join our team. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the activities of the loan syndications agency services group and for the day-to-day operations of the group to ensure timeliness and quality in all aspects of Pre-Closing & Closing administration, servicing and general support, Debt X Administration and Administrative Fee Tracking and Billing.
  • Assists in developing the groups planning, budgeting, implementing and long-term strategies.
  • Works with other Loan Syndications Groups to evaluate the tasks and functions to provide customer service to internal bank partners, external bank partners and clients.
  • Resolves problems and issues with team members to accomplish established objectives.
  • Uses judgement and creativity within policies and practices.
  • Responsible to hire, fire, performance management and employee development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelors Degree 
  • 6+ yrs of loan processing, loan operations and credit analysis or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. 
  • Management or supervisory experience required.
  • Requires a strong working knowledge of lending operations, processing, documentation, credit analysis, loan processes and procedures, laws and regulations.
  • Strong analysis and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain working relationships with clients, participant banks, internal lenders, management and administrative staff.
  • Must have strong leadership and management capabilities with focus on goals and operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational, project management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to resolve problems and issues with team members to accomplish established objectives.
