As the IT Hardware Asset Manager, you will provide leadership and support to teams across the organization by improving their ability to identify, track, manage, and report on their IT hardware fleets. You will collaborate to develop creative solutions for challenges in these areas. In this key role, you will partner with teams across the organization to define our future direction while affording you the opportunity to partner with your peers to expand your skillset in other area of asset management.



This role will sit in Salt Lake City, UT and responsibilities include:



  • Provide guidance and support to partner organizations with a focus on optimizing hardware inventory effectiveness to meet companywide goals and enforce the ITAM Program objectives
  • Design and implement measures, metrics, and reporting to support company asset management objectives
  • Collaborate with others to analyze data and processes, develop strategic and tactical solutions, resolve challenges and develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings between stakeholders
  • Define policies and processes and ensure compliance with them.  Identify gaps and lead solutions to return to standard.
  • Perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Mentor and train team members to help improve their knowledge and skillset
  • Champion the operation and continuous improvement of the Hardware Asset Management module within ServiceNow
  • Other duties as assigned






  • Requires a Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 6+ years experience in business analysis, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, systems or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Familiarity/Experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong skills in MS Office (esp. Excel) and Reports Modeling
  • Experience with Document Control -> Creating, Revising, Reviewing: programs, policies, procedures, processes and work instructions.
