We are seeking a Data Analytics Enablement Manager who is data-driven and solution-focused, with a strong background in business intelligence and operational leadership. As a key member of our Digital Strategy team, you will work on innovative projects that expand our digital presence through cutting-edge technologies. This role places you at the forefront of our entrepreneurial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Intelligence and Reporting

    • Develop and manage comprehensive BI and reporting frameworks.

    • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.

    • Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools like Power BI, and others to facilitate data visualization and reporting.

  • Data Strategy and Insights

    • Help formulate and implement the bank's data strategy.

    • Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations.

  • Operational Efficiency and Automation

    • Automate and integrate data systems to reduce operational costs and improve team efficiency.

    • Track and enhance pipeline management and sales outreach effectiveness.

  • Customer and Client Success

    • Leverage data to provide valuable insights to clients, enhancing their satisfaction and retention.

    • Support product, sales and marketing efforts with data-driven strategies.

  • Data Integrations

    • Develop and support ETL Processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently integrated between various sources systems.

    • Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integrated data.

    • Support API integration efforts as needed.

  • Data Governance and Risk Management

    • Help develop data standards and governance practices in collaboration with the technology team.

    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and support risk-based decision-making.

       

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least 4 years in a cross-functional business & technology leadership role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with data analysis, analytics, governance, integration, security, and data strategy.

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure issues, automation, and enablement.

  • Excellent customer service, problem resolution, analytical, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Ability to interact effectively at various leadership and social levels and across diverse cultures.

  • Effective leadership, planning, organization, risk, project, and financial management skills.

  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with integrity and ethical standards.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other data management tools (Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Excel, etc.). Azure Data and AI tooling and experience.


Location:
This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047

The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus is the company’s primary technology and operations center.
