- A Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related degree and 12+ yrs experience managing application development, engineering, project management, and testing. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices, waterfall and agile SDLC processes.
- Excellent leadership, project management, interpersonal, presentation, communication skills, both verbal and written, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Creativity and experience in synthesizing large amounts of information to solve complex problems.
- Outstanding adaptability to changing priorities and conditions.
- Obsession with solving customer problems a must.
- Broad, current knowledge of cloud architecture and cybersecurity domains, technologies and vendor capabilities.
- Experience and working knowledge of financial and/or banking applications.
- ITIL certification and/or PMP certification.
- Experience working in innovation labs or startups a strong advantage.
This position requires regular face-to-face interaction with teams, business stakeholders, and executives in the Salt Lake City, Utah, area. We will consider candidates in the area, able to relocate to the area, or working remotely but willing to travel regularly to Salt Lake City.
