Right now, the Digital Banking team is working on a project to expand our digital presence through cutting edge technologies and you can be on the front line of this entrepreneurial project.  The digital banking team is looking for a Digital Banking Relationship Manager.  

 

The Digital Banking RM will…

  • Primarily be responsible for new client acquisition by following up on leads, making sales presentations, and assisting with client onboarding.
  • Work with support teams to help manage client relationships and resolve issues.
  • Be responsible for expanding and building relationships, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing, and servicing the digital banking needs of clients.
  • Track client-related issues to resolution, including those handed off to other teams for action and ensure client issues are resolved appropriately and expeditiously.
  • Escalate issues as necessary with support, management, and product/vendor management teams.
  • Responsible for properly aligning clients with banking products, which fit their ongoing needs.
  • Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross sell opportunities.
  • Review sales, service and implementation processes to recommend process efficiencies
  • Remain flexible and take on other duties and projects as needed for the success of the Digital Banking platform.

 

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field and 4+ years of banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking, treasury management, banking/treasury products and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience selling and supporting merchant services.
  • Extensive working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Strong sales, client product and relationship management skills.
  • Strong influence, problem resolution, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, complete assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office products.

 

This position requires regular face-to-face interaction with teams, business stakeholders, and executives in Salt Lake City, Utah. We will consider candidates in the area, able to relocate to the area, or working remotely but willing to travel regularly to Salt Lake City.
