We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Corporate Crisis Management Coordinator to support the development, delivery, and ongoing maturity of the crisis management program under the Office of Enterprise Business Resilience. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise-wide risk coordination, work alongside senior leaders, and contribute directly to the Bank’s preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities. 

 

Reporting to the Corporate Crisis Manager, this role will assist in managing critical incident protocols, coordinating exercises, and supporting rapid response initiatives during high-stakes moments. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for driving resilience across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution and maintenance of crisis response plans, protocols, and playbooks across corporate and business-unit levels.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating crisis simulation exercises, trainings, and briefings.

  • Monitor risk indicators and crisis triggers, compiling status updates and reports for senior stakeholders.

  • Provide real-time coordination support during incidents or events—tracking actions, scheduling briefings, and documenting key decisions.

  • Maintain and update crisis management tools, templates, and repositories in alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Assist in the development of post-incident after action reports, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Continuity, Corporate Security, and Disaster Recovery teams to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Help build awareness and understanding of the crisis program through internal communications, newsletters, and stakeholder engagements.

  • Support regulatory and audit responses related to crisis management planning and readiness.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Business, Communications, or related field. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

  • 4+ years of professional experience in crisis management, emergency response, risk or resilience-related roles preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to summarize complex situations clearly.

  • Excellent time management, organization, and coordination capabilities.

  • Ability to remain focused and effective in high-pressure situations.

  • Familiarity with incident response protocols, risk management practices, and enterprise planning frameworks is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).

  • A willingness to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-impact team.

     

 

Salary range:

  • Salary range $80,000 to $95,000 depending on experience and location.

 

Location:

  • Position can be located in Salt Lake City, UT, Denver, CO, Las Vegas NV, Phoenix AZ, Houston, TX and Los Angeles, CA.
