- Requires a Bachelor's in computer science, information systems or other related field and 4+ years experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Experience in managing and deploying high availability Citrix environments including XenApp 7.15 LTSR, v9.12 LTSR versions including management of the service from Citrix cloud.
- Must have a solid foundation in Citrix Virtual Apps and Virtual desktops from initial requirements gathering, testing, documentation and installation through all troubleshooting aspects.
- Experience in designing, deploying and supporting large-scale Citrix environments using, Virtual Applications, Virtual Desktops, Provisioning Server (PVS) deployments, and management of on premise controllers.
- Alignment to keeping end of life as a sole focus by continually moving the service forward in a fully supported version.
- Vulnerability management of server and desktops in the service to ensure we are compliant with the latest patches.
