Who should apply? We want someone who has:

 

  • A Bachelors’ degree and some experience in loan processes, credit, credit analysis, documentation or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, credit, credit analysis and experience working with various types of commercial loans.
  • The ability to meet deadlines, audit documentation and solve problems.
  • The ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data, investigate/research loan related issues and consult with and make recommendations to officers.
  • Good communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Tech savvy. Skilled with MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • Experienced with or ability to quickly learn various types of credit analysis software: Moody’s, TaxAnalysis, CreditLead, CIR, Bancs, RIMS, Powerpoint.
  • Attention to detail with consistent self-management and follow-through.

 

You must want to be part of a motivated and driven team and work with respected leaders. We need someone who is proactive, has a great attitude, is confident and wants to inspire others to achieve bank initiatives and drive loan growth.
