We’re looking for an AEM Forms Developer with experience in AEM Forms 6.4 or greater. The successful candidate will work in an agile environment with other developers, scrum masters, product owners, technical analysts, and managers to communicate business and technical aspects of the AEM platform and projects, build technical designs, develop solutions, and help with rollouts/implementations.

 

 

Future bank customers across our six affiliate banks throughout the western United States use our systems to apply for a wide array of accounts: Checking, Savings, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, and Home Equity Loans. You will help build and maintain these systems to ensure that our future customers have a positive and engaging account opening experience. In this role, you will:

 

  • Work with the Adobe Experience Manager content management solution in the OSGI module
  • Be responsible for and participate in the design, development, and support of various internet/intranet web sites. 
  • Work with others to produce web site requirements and will be responsible to implement regular changes, including periodic site redesign. 
  • Be responsible to create implement style sheets, templates, fragments and components within Adobe Experience Manager as well as implement appropriate web technologies to accomplish business objectives. 
  • Be responsible for representing the business on aspects of internet/intranet related projects and web site development for the bank. 
  • Research, analyze and make recommendations for technology features and functionality for the internet/intranet website. 
  • Ensure that projects are completed efficiently and timely. 
  • Handle problem diagnosis and resolution, documentation, etc. as needed.
  • Provides second-level support of the production environment, whenever customer-facing problems occur. 
  • Participate in sprint planning and execution. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field and 8+ years of experience in implementing web applications solutions using AEM Forms platform. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. 
  • Working knowledge and experience with AEM Forms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ jQuery, HTTP and REST, XML.
  • Experience in building adaptive and HTM forms in AEM forms
  • Hands on expertise developing Fragments and components in AEM forms OSGI module.
  • Experience with AEM document services such as foundation services, assemblers, and output services.
  • Adobe Forms OSGi and JEE use cases analysis, solution design, hardware and infrastructure sizing, logical and physical architecture, best practices.
  • Adobe Forms OSGi and JEE use cases analysis, solution design, hardware and infrastructure sizing, logical and physical architecture, best practices.
  • Knowledge of and experience resolving issues with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of internet/intranet web sites, web site design, and web technologies. 
  • Knowledge of secure web application development practices is desirable
  • Experience in integrating Web Services (SOAP and REST) with AEM forms
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are required with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred
  • Requires project management skills to be able to work in an environment of multiple simultaneous projects. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and creatively solve problems. 
  • Ability to identify and solve problems and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work with other division/departments.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Adobe Experience Manager. In general, the candidate should have familiarity with the following:
    • Adobe Forms OSGi and JEE differences and implementations.
    • AEM forms Migration experience from AEM 6.4 to AEM 6.5
    • User Management and Access Control 
    • SSO Integration
    • Publishing Forms on Portal [including Search & Lister, Link, and Drafts and Submissions components]
    • AEM Forms and Adobe Analytics Integration
    • AEM Forms and Adobe Document Cloud Integration (E-Sign services)
    • Performance analysis and tweaking
    • Accessibility - Compliance with international standards across regions [e.g. Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 guidelines for accessibility]
    • Connectors with ECMs (supported and custom developed)
    • Adobe Certified Expert as AEM Forms Developer or AEM Developer a plus
