Zions Bank is currently seeking extraordinary, experienced talent for the role of Treasury Sales Consultant in the Park City, UT area. The primary function of this role is to perform all aspects of Treasury Management and business development for existing, new, and prospective Treasury Management clients. You will be responsible for consistently attaining annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a business plan and strategy based on corporate goals and initiatives. This is what it takes to be successful

 

  • Grow Treasury Product Revenue and non-interest income through direct sales and partner client calls.
  • Expand Zions book of Treasury Management business through relationship building, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing the treasury needs of clients.
  • Utilize networking, community and public relations activities to identify prospective Treasury Management client opportunities.
  • Perform product research and identify appropriate solutions for customer requirements and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with assigned Relationship Managers to support and develop relationships with business clients and partners.
  • Manage client calls and contacts and meet all assigned goals.
  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and the leadership team.
  • Demonstrate high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Understand client business goals, environments, strategies and industry trends to become a trusted advisor and to identify solutions for customer pain points.
  • Understand our competitors’ environment, capabilities and gaps to effectively position Zions Bank for success.
  • Prepare analysis pro forma and sales proposals for client presentations.
  • Perform risk monitoring for Treasury products and services and assist the credit team with initiating credit and risk approvals.
  • Track sales activities and timelines to ensure that deliverables within onboarding project plans are met and are on-time.
  • Support organizational growth.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate and timely sales pipeline.
  • Provides market-based knowledge, client/prospect feedback.
  • Enhance bank employees’ knowledge of Treasury Management services for the purpose of developing business
  • Review sales, service and implementation processes to recommend process efficiencies.
  • Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross sell opportunities.

 

What you bring to the table:

​​​​​​​

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in banking, product sales, lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Working knowledge of banking products and procedures, especially treasury management.
  • Strong sales, client product and relationship management skills.
  • Strong influence, relationship building ability and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to expand client relationships and bank products.
  • Experience in cross-selling other financial services products.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
