- Combined minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, technology or security function
- A Bachelor’s degree in information systems, technology, information security or similar discipline
- A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
- Industry standard certifications such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other industry standard certifications focused on technology or cybersecurity
- Relevant experience with an technology management, risk management, internal audit, with an understanding of risk management techniques and practices, risk and control assessment techniques, concepts and auditing or testing practices
- Working practical knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity industry frameworks (NIST, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
- Ability to retain a respectful position of strength in difficult situations with key technology and cybersecurity stakeholders
- Ability to effectively work on a team and with senior management
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and analytical skill
