Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's in accounting, finance, economics, or other business-related field.
- Master’s degree or similar certification (e.g. CPA, MBA, CFA) is a plus
- 6 plus years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting or other directly related experience; A combination of education and experience may meet the requirements; previous experience in Financial Services a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; advanced ability to prepare written executive-ready analysis
- Advanced ability to prepare executive-level presentations and financial reports
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team; works effectively with co-workers and internal customers, many of whom are senior executives
- Ability to identify, research, coordinate, and resolve issues on their own and with limited supervision
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) required; experience creating and maintaining financial models required; experience with SQL and other tools like PowerPivot a plus
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase or similar planning/reporting tool required
- Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
