Enterprise Risk Management assists senior management in identifying and assessing key risks (e.g., operational, financial reporting, etc.) and related controls. The challenge is identifying the correct qualitative and quantitative measures and using them to help mitigate risks that are beyond the appetite of the Company’s stakeholders. Working in Enterprise Risk Management is a unique opportunity and establishes a great foundation for a banking career, as analysts are exposed to the broad scope of the bank holding company, its subsidiaries, and its operations.




The Sr. Business Systems Analyst helps provide the quantitative skills and innovative thinking necessary to enhance and carry out the Company’s Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) framework by:


  • Supporting the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) Program Manager with implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Partnering with various risk functions to configure, test, and manage IRMS solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining IRMS process requirements, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintaining the IRMS issues log, including research and follow-up on reported items.
  • Participating in ongoing enhancement projects to improve IRMS processes.




Candidates should have a high aptitude for critical thinking and analyzing processes with their associated risks and controls.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Advanced analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to elicit, gather and analyze data.
  • Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals in various leadership positions.
  • Experience working with an IRMS solution.
  • 6+ years working with business systems and applications, incident and change management, and project and systems management.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.




  • 8+ years working with business systems and applications, incident and change management, and project and systems management.
  • Direct experience working with RSA Archer
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand complex workflows.
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS applications.
