Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field
- 2 - 4 + years of loan processing, loan operations and credit analysis or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Working knowledge of lending operations, processing, documentation, loan processes and procedures, laws and regulations.
- Solid examination and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain working relationships with clients, participant banks, internal lenders, LSG team members and management.
- Good leadership skills and ability to focus on goals and operational efficiency.
- Solid organizational, project management, follow-up and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Uses judgement and creativity within policies and practices.
- Ability to view and solve problems from customer's perspective.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and track details.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of various software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
