Integrations Development Manager

Qualifications:

• Requires experience managing the development of complex business technology and platforms, systems, processes and tools; experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), WebSphere MQ and Apigee Edge API Gateway is preferred.
• Advanced understanding of DevOps principles and practices, test engineering, and agile processes; SAFe experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of financial/banking systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technical management, vendors and tactical staff employees.
• Ability to influence others.
• Ability to set and meet long term goals and maintain high quality work standards.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related degree and 8+ years’ experience managing software development teams.
• Proven ability to identify, analysis and solve problems.
• Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
• Copes effectively with complexity and change.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent management and organizational skills.
