What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Requires a Bachelor's in finance, accounting or business and 2+ years of experience with financial analysis, accounting functions and banking operations or other directly related experience.
  • Experience with incentive plan administration required. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Working knowledge of finance and incentive plan analysis, practices, principles, applications and analysis methods.
  • Working knowledge of various banking operations and departments.
  • Ability to analyze, monitor, audit and develop incentive plans.
  • Ability to work with managers on incentive plan management and plan creation.
  • Must have solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid research, problem resolution, customer service and analysis skills.
  • Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of various software programs including spreadsheet, databases and word processing.
