We are accepting applications for the Director of Loan Operations to join the Enterprise Loan Operations team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the management of lending operations in processing, closing, funding and servicing of various types of loans for the enterprise.
  • Establishes and monitors efficiency standards for all loan operations functions and staff to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing and servicing of loans.
  • Researches, recommends and implements processes, procedures and policies.
  • Ensures adherence to loan policies, procedures and compliance with lending regulations.
  • Assists with regulatory exams and loan audits for the division.
  • Responsible for leading and developing a strong team that can handle a diverse workload due to the wide range of loan products being serviced.
  • Communicates and executes objectives necessary to meet strategic goals and works closely with the Affiliate Banks and Operations Management team to ensure activity is aligned.
  • Responsible to hire, fire and conduct performance reviews.
  • Some travel required.
  • Other duties as requested.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field  
  • 12+ years of expansive operations related experience with preferences for various types of loans, loan processes and procedure, laws and regulations.
  • Management experience required.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Broad knowledge of lending operational processes, procedures, practices, principles, applications and methods.
  • Working knowledge of lending regulations, laws and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills required.
  • Must have excellent management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple geographic areas and/or groups.
  • Ability to set strategic goal and objectives.
  • Ability to Identify, analyze and understand issues, problems and opportunities.
  • Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.
