Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to deploy and administer a database encryption solution
1+ years of related professional experience
Effective interpersonal, communication and skills to influence operational changes, drive collaboration, and maximize adoption of new ideas, tools and practices
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences from technical to executive management.
Organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills with an ability to manage expectations, deliver results, and meet milestones and deadlines
High level of professionalism, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency, strong customer-focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, provide a superior user experience and build long-term relationships
Knowledge of database design, database administration, application security, programming, systems analysis procedures, operating systems
Ability to learn database encryption tools, such as Transparent Data Encryption, Protegrity, Voltage
Relevant professional certifications: Security+, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent are strongly desired
