Knowledge


  • Extensive knowledge as an analyst or specialist of contract documentation, negotiation, redlining, interpretation, legal implementations, storage and maintenance.
  • Complex understanding of business and legal contract terms and contract risk mitigation.
  • General understanding of the business case and financial/analytical issues as well as profit and loss implications or overall experience in pricing negotiations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional organization.
  • Ability to multi-task, advise and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent prioritization, analytical, risk management and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have excellent problem solving and vendor relationship management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions.
  • Strong management & leadership skills Knowledge of Microsoft products.


Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Paralegal certification or related field
  • 4+ years of vendor contract or contract review, negotiation, redlining, evaluation and documentation or other directly related experience or certification.
  • Some supervisory or management experience required.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Law degree or experience a plus.
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and Certified Regulatory
  • Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification preferred.
