Qualifications:

  • At least four years experience in lending operations, procedures, loan processing, documentation or other directly related experience and management experience. Bachelor's in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Working knowledge of various types of lending operational processes (i.e., real estate and/or commercial, syndications/participations). 
  • Knowledge of credit and management practices. 
  • Ability to manage a staff. 
  • Must have strong problem resolution, customer relations and communications skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with relationship managers, credit administrators and customers.
  • Must have solid analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a heavily deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to identify, research, coordinate and resolve issues.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Competency in Excel, Word.
