Qualifications:
- At least four years experience in lending operations, procedures, loan processing, documentation or other directly related experience and management experience. Bachelor's in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Working knowledge of various types of lending operational processes (i.e., real estate and/or commercial, syndications/participations).
- Knowledge of credit and management practices.
- Ability to manage a staff.
- Must have strong problem resolution, customer relations and communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively with relationship managers, credit administrators and customers.
- Must have solid analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a heavily deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to identify, research, coordinate and resolve issues.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Competency in Excel, Word.
