Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of sales, sales strategy, management, loans, credit lending and analysis, bank products/services or other directly related experience. Some managerial experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Requires indepth knowledge of sales techniques, sales strategies, negotiations, lending credit lending and analysis, and banking products. Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards. Ability to lead a group. Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities. Strong client relationship skills. Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Must have excellent management, sales, communication and customer service skills. Ability to train and mentor staff. Ability to manage a department budget.
