Strong leadership and effective interpersonal and communication experience interacting with all levels of the organization in the context of large business and/or technology change programs
Knowledge of software implementation methodologies / systems development lifecycle
Knowledge of system integration methodologies including architectural patterns, analysis techniques and agile requirement best practices
Knowledge of project management methodology, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling and resource management.
5+ years of experience in project management, program management, technology, financial services and/or banking.
Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Effective time management skills, able to manage competing priorities and work in a team environment.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Common knowledge of the banking industry, loan and deposit systems, regulatory reporting requirements, or data warehouse experience
- Agile implementation experience
